What is the job description of the One Team? đź’»

Our users can send messages to the Kunduz Support section over Kunduz apps. These messages have a wide variety of contexts from questions about our plans to possible glitches on the app to students asking for study tips. One Team’s role is to listen to them, get their questions answered, solve their issues, and help them in every possible way.

As frequently quoted at Kunduz, “One Team is the face of Kunduz.” Our users’ interaction with One Team plays one of the most critical roles in how our users see Kunduz and how effective online learning can be. The moment they write to ask for support is mostly when something doesn’t go as they hoped, whether related to Kunduz or not. Our role is to show that we care about them: We are solving their problem as fast as possible and/or doing our best.

We show that we care by our communication, by taking the extra steps that no other support team has taken for them, or, sometimes, just by attentively listening to them.
